Seven Flowers

Seven Flowers

As Midsummer was considered a time where magic was the strongest, young people used it to perform rituals to help see the future. They would pick bouquets of seven different types of flowers and put them under their pillow in hopes of dreaming of their future. So – we took seven varieties of hops, some with a floral aroma and crafted an double IPA, named Seven Flowers, to celebrate the solstice. Made with  Citra(R), Simcoe, Hallertauer Hersbrucker, Tomahawk, Cascade, Warrior and East Kent Goldings hops.
